    Default Reverse Lamp Bulb Removal

How do you replace the reverse lamp bulb? Does it twist and come out the back of the assembly, or do I have to remove the lens to get to it? I don't want to try and force something and break it...

BTW, 3028 moved under it's own power last weekend for the first time in 20 years. We are so excited to get it running and driving again.

I believe it just a standard push in socket. If the filament's intact you likely have a broken wire in the flexible harness. It's special wire with a small inner conductor surrounded by rubber insulation. Tough to fix because it shouldn't be soldered.

    Default Be careful.....

When twisting the bulb in make sure it gets seated in the socket properly. If not correct or you cause a wire to break then it may not light up, may not blink, or both.
