Great too see this article (and the return of the Continental), but it - like FoMoCo - glosses over the Mark II being a separate division. In time, I fully suspect that this fact to unknown except for the few remaining esoteric purists. As far as the world knows (or cares) the Continental nameplate has always been a Lincoln.
