Are there any other problems besides low compression?
Well. Of course no power .

Hm, there are, of course, many reasons for poor performance and low compression.
I think, you will have examined all the possible causes.
Unfortunately, I cannot help finding an engine specialist in your area.
Good luck.
Low compression on 4 of them . Did the wet test and added about 30 percent . Everyone is busy right now . Have to wait my turn for a complete rebuild .

Just a suggestion that, if you have the engine out of the car -- that's a good time to do transmission work if it's needed.
To find a shop, perhaps classified ads in publications (or web sites) for classic cars will help. The national LCOC organization has a regular magazine with classifieds. There are regional LCOC affiliates, ditto. Or outfits like Hemmings, at hemmings.com...

First place I would start checking is the valves for proper clearance.
