Washer bottle size

Allen Pietrok sells refurbished washer bottles on e-bay.

He sent me the pretty one on the left in the picture below with the one that was in my 1792 was the taller one on the right. So now we?re both confused as to which one is correct for MKii

Anyone can answer the question??21758

Measured mine and its 8-5/8" from the bottom of the glass bottle to the top of the steel lid. I expect that's the shorter one.

Measured mine and have the same result as Mark.

I have four, three are 8 5/8" one is the larger. I checked the LCOC Authenticity Manual, 2nd edition and it doesn't mention the bottle size.

The "1956-57 Continental Mark II MASTER PARTS CATALOG CHASSIS and BODY" (August 1959) says 8-13/32" Overall length (#17616).

Now it’s just a curiosity as to how the taller one was in 1791
