Turn Signal Bulbs?

I have always wondered whether to change out the front turn signal bulbs to amber (yellowish color) which all cars now use. For years now the original white bulbs just keep working. What bulbs do you run?

Amber lamps were federally mandated for M/Y 1963. I think any car model before 63 should have the clear lights, but that's just me.

Keep the white. Keep it original.....

I put the amber bulbs in my 61 Lincoln. I think the general public doesn't notice the white flasher as they do the amber. Just my opinion though.
