Door ash tray bulb holder

I'm looking for a door ashtray bulb holder with pigtail also the spring and disk that keep tension on the outside mirror.

Is it the socket and pigtail you need or the cover that holds it in place? You should be able to get the socket/pigtail at any good parts store, the cover is a problem. I had a hard time finding one a few years back.
