Tranny Question

Can an oil cooler be added to a 56 air cooled transmission? Didn't know if they came prepped for that or not.

I would doubt it. There aren't any ports to hook into. There is one for pressure testing as I recall but if it were used the pressure in the trans would plummet as it would act like a large hole in a hose. I was of the same mindset but can assure you this trans cools far better than I'd expect. Mind you I am running synthetic fluid to give me peace of mind there too...
