again with the "no spark" thread

Barry suggests a Pertronix conversion.Both Ignitor1 and Ignitor2 types are available. Rock Auto sells a similar product by Wells. my guess is the Ignitor1 would be adequate. Open to any suggestions from real life experiences. Thank you

If you leave the key on with the Pertronix I the unit can fry. Not so with the II? Worth the difference.
