It's simple to do. The radiator core is cut from identical width larger pieces. The ends with the cooling tube holes are soldered to the brass end caps soldered onto yours. If nothing is bent or crooked it should drop back in.

The number in the parts book is generic for Ford heater cores. No help there. I believe Lincoln used the same cores. This is what they look like. This is $100 for a used one. I think you van re-core yours for that amount.

If you can solder you can order cores cut to size from some suppliers.
